Trying to contain my excitement.

This. He. Okay. This guy’s named Marcel and he’s something like seventeen last I heard.

He samples Jon Brion’s “Strings That Tie To You”! From Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind! He just does that! He turns it into this haunting and decidedly less heavy-handed paean to those binds you can’t seem to cut from the ones you’ve loved (or do love, or try not to love). If you’re familiar with anything I’ve just mentioned as being involved (XXYYXX, Jon Brion, Eternal Sunshine, memory, love, etc.) this will be the best thing you’ll hear all day.
